Still working on the Barbershop. I have updated some textures and added a little better lighting but I am still not finished yet. This will be my quarter long project for computer animation studio so by September it should be looking more like how I imagined.
This is an in progress shot of my texturing and lighting for my barbershop so far. I still need to work out some problems with shadows and adjust more lighting but I got most of my base materials applied and my linear workflow set up. I think that all of these objects are going to need many layers to get them how I would like and next will be bumping them. Top priority is shadows.
Tese are just come shots of the materials started. I am really excited to texture the bottles because this is the first time I modeled them for texturing. The glass, side liquid and the top liquid are all modeled separately to get the correct light and reflection from each part. I plan to go through now and get some more elaborate textures added. Starting with the floor tiles and moving into details on the chair. I also plan to do another lighting pass and shadow pass next.
Currently I have finished modeling my barbershop and have started to texture and light it. I just finished an amazing internship with Afterglows and hope that more opportunities come along. As I get the barbershop textured I will keep this updated so stay tuned!
